Shipping Policies
- Foxtail does NOT ship outside of the United States of America.
- Foxtail is NOT responsible for orders not being delivered or lost/stolen, but I'll be happy to help you apply for a missing mail claim, if needed.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on method and amount spent.
- Foxtail ships with USPS
- Please allow 1-2 business days to process all orders.
- In the event of an online exchange, customer IS responsible for shipping costs to return existing items and new order items.Â
